Using V Depot, you can access your account easily, securely, from any location you choose, and in ‘real-time’. Decisions can be made instantly without making numerous calls, sending emails or faxing offices back and forth.
Your customer gets their product faster. And you can instruct suppliers to ship parts or goods sooner – so you only ever stock the optimum necessary levels at any one time.
As a VDepot client you are given your unique login and password which allows for as many users as your company desires. Giving restricted access to different areas as requested by you.
The system has the facility to receive website sales orders via XML, FTP, CSV or we can build our systems around yours. Once an order is received by VDepot our system will automatically reduce your stock, all orders received by 3.30pm GMT will be picked, packed and dispatched the same day by our dedicated warehouse staff.
Upon dispatch of your products with their unique reference number, you will be advised by a fully trackable e-mail which has a hyper link direct to the carriers website.
